Growth Plan · Prepared for Anthony & Graham

You already own timber.
Now own every floor.

Harmony Timber Floors has the reputation and the rankings. What's been missing is the engine around them: ads that actually bring money back, a website built to convert, and a system that never lets an enquiry slip. This is the plan to run all of it, properly, under one roof.

What we found

The rankings aren't the problem.
The engine around them is.

Harmony is already ranking where it counts for timber. You've earned that over years and it doesn't need rescuing, it needs protecting. The growth is sitting in three other places: ads that have been spending without returning, a website that isn't converting the traffic you already get, and the vinyl + hybrid market, the fastest growing part of flooring, where Harmony is close to invisible.

The ads

Money has been going to Meta without results you can see. We rebuild the whole thing: Google Search catching people ready to buy, Meta retargeting everyone who visits, every dollar tracked back to enquiries.

The website

Traffic only pays when it turns into quotes. New site built to convert, every enquiry tracked in your CRM with automatic follow-up, and the management headache gone for good.

The blind spot

Vinyl and hybrid buyers can't find you. A whole category your showroom stocks, going to other retailers every day. Ads put you in front of them within days; the site work makes it stick.

Here's the gap in one search. Someone in Robina wants hybrid or vinyl floors and Googles it. Graham counted the listings himself: 20 businesses show up. Harmony isn't one of them.

Ads put Harmony in this search within days of going live. The site work makes it permanent.
The plan

Foundations first.
Then switch the ads on.

Same order of attack I laid out for Graham: get the site and CRM live first so every enquiry is tracked, then turn the ads on with the budget set together. That way you see exactly what every ad dollar brings back from day one, which is the part that's been missing. And your September timing isn't a delay, it's the build window.

1
The moment you say go · nothing needed from your end yet
We start building, on our time

The new website gets built out properly from the demo you've seen. Your CRM gets configured with automated lead follow-up. Day-one ranking scan locked in. Ad accounts audited. All happening while your teammate's still on holiday.

2
First week of September · team's back
Handover week

Passwords and access come across, and everything we've pre-built cuts live. Website enquiries start landing in your CRM with automatic follow-up from the first day.

3
Within 30 days of access
New website live, rankings engine running

Site live on schedule or your first month is free. Google Business Profile fully rebuilt and optimised, weekly ranking work underway, vinyl and hybrid pages built to close the category gap.

4
Once the foundations are live
Ads on, budget set together

Google Search puts you at the top for the buyer-intent keywords on your list. Meta retargets everyone who's visited the site. Your ad spend goes straight to the platforms, never through us.

The safety net, all in writing
None of this asks you to take my word for it. Every promise below goes in the signed agreement, not just this page.
30-day site promiseNew website live within 30 days of access, or your first month is free.
No lock-in, everMonth to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The results are the contract.
The site is yoursThe new website belongs to Harmony, and moves with you if we ever part ways.
Rankings protectedThe keyword guarantee I offered Graham still stands too: any full month out of the Top 3 for the agreed set, that month is free.
The maths

What's a floor worth to you?

Run your own numbers

The investment

One number.
The whole engine.

Everything this page describes is the Growth Partner plan: both ad platforms, the website, the CRM, the automations, all of it for one flat number that never moves with your ad spend. There's also a basic version, the $1,000 I quoted Graham the other week. It stands, but it's the foundations only.

The plan on this page
Growth Partner
The full engine · everything handled
$2,000 /month + GST · flat
Both Google + Meta, run as one system. Search catches people ready to buy, Meta retargets everyone who visited. This is what wins a weeks-long decision like flooring
The Meta account rebuilt properly after what the last agency left you with, every dollar tracked to enquiries
No percentage of ad budget, ever. Scale spend freely, the number stays $2,000
New website + hosting + CRM, every enquiry tracked with automatic follow-up
Full automation suite: review engine, missed-enquiry follow-up, quote reminders
Timber rankings protected, vinyl + hybrid gap closed, GBP fully managed
Ad spend goes straight to the platforms, never through us. This is the setup I'd run if Harmony were my own business.
Basic Bundle
The foundations only · as quoted
$1,000 /month + GST
New website, hosted and managed
GBP + ranking work and the keyword guarantee
CRM with basic lead follow-up
One ad platform only: Google or Meta, not both
Plus a flat 10% of your ad budget once ads are on. A fine starting point, but half the engine stays switched off, no retargeting loop, and the cost grows as your ad spend does.
The honest maths

At a $2,000 a month ad budget, the basic bundle costs $1,200 with one platform running and no retargeting. Growth Partner is $2,000 with everything on, and it never creeps up as spend grows. The gap between the two is less than one flooring job a month, and the difference in what's actually working for you is the entire system. That's why I've written this whole plan around Growth Partner.

Billing, kept simple

Nothing is billed until we kick off. Your first month is collected the day we start, then it just rolls month to month. No setup fees, no lock-in, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Prefer to pay a quarter upfront? Same price, your call. All prices ex-GST, 10% GST added on invoices.

Your question on hosting, answered properly

Your site. Your asset.
Serious infrastructure.

Where it lives

Cloudflare's global edge network

The new site runs on Cloudflare, the same enterprise infrastructure behind a huge slice of the modern web. It's what I build on for every client because it's genuinely fast, secure and DDoS-protected out of the box, and your customers get near-instant load times anywhere in the country. Fast sites rank better and convert better, which is the whole game here.

Who owns it

Harmony does. In writing.

The website we build is yours, and that goes in the agreement. If we ever part ways, the site moves with you, to AWS, Google, or anywhere else you like. After what you've dealt with on the website front, you'll never be in a position where your own site is held over you. That's a promise.

You've already seen the direction: harmony-timber-demo.pages.dev, built on your current branding. The real build goes well beyond the demo.

Why Flowryse

Skin in the game.
No contract needed.

We put our money on it

A full month out of the Top 3 costs us, not you. Site late? First month free. Nobody else in this space puts that in writing.

You deal with me

Direct line to the person accountable for the result. You've both got my mobile. Fast, straight answers, no account-manager runaround.

No lock-in, ever

Month to month on everything. We don't need a contract to keep you, the scoreboard does that.

One flooring business per city

I only work with one business per industry per city. Once Harmony's on, the Gold Coast flooring spot is closed to everyone else.

How we kick this off

September's covered.
The decision is now.

1
Reply "let's go" and I'll send the Growth Partner agreement.Same day, with every guarantee written in black and white. If you'd rather start on the basic bundle instead, just say so.
2
We build while your teammate's away.Website, CRM, ad account rebuild and tracking all get prepped on our time through the rest of August. Nothing needed from your end yet.
3
First week of September: handover, then live.Passwords come across, everything cuts over, and the 30-day site clock starts. Billing starts at kickoff, not before.
No pressure on timing, September works perfectly on my end.
